Description
Travel long distances in comfort and confidence with our private long-range transfer service. Designed for guests seeking refined, door-to-door transport between Far North Queensland destinations, this service offers professional chauffeured travel in a luxury vehicle, with optional scenic pauses along sealed routes.
All transfers are private, direct, and tailored to your schedule. Routes may be booked in either direction.

- Under Queensland law, all children under seven (7) years of age must travel in an approved child restraint suitable for their height and weight.
- The Operator provides baby and child seats by prior request only, as these are not permanently installed in the vehicle.
- Guests must request the appropriate seat at the time of booking or no later than 24 hours before the scheduled service.

Important information
- No 4WD routes or off-road travel permitted
- Waiting time included: 30 mins standard
- Airport: 30 mins domestic / 2 hrs international
- No-shows: full fare
- Excess luggage must be declared
For all Airport transfers, I will meet you inside the Arrivals Terminal holding a sign with your name on it. I will wait a maximum of 30 minutes (Domestic Flights) and 2 hours for International Flights to allow time to come through customs after the flight has landed unless otherwise advised. Should I be unsuccessful in my attempts to contact you, I reserve the right to cancel the booking as a No Show. Unless previously advised in the booking, there is to be no stopping inside the terminal for food/drinks or shopping.
For all non-airport transfers, I will wait a maximum of 15 minutes from the arranged time of booking.
Please Note: Payment/Deposits are non-refundable for all ‘No Show’ transfers.
All stops must be prearranged and may incur additional charges to the fare. It will be at the driver’s discretion depending on the time required at each stop.
